If you believe that your copyrighted or trademarked material is being unlawfully transmitted via Plus Streaming,
you may submit a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown notice. All notices must be submitted to contact@9dcrew.org

1.
The reported material must not be owned by, or legally controlled by, any third-party company other than the claimant.
Content bearing third-party logos, watermarks, lower display lines, or text overlays will not be considered valid for claims.

2.
The claimant must provide legally valid proof of ownership recognized under United States law.
Acceptable documentation includes, but is not limited to:
(#) A copyright registration certificate
(#) Publication records
(#) A trademark registration certificate
(#) Contracts, assignments, or other legal instruments establishing transfer of ownership
At least one of the above must be submitted as a scanned physical document.

3.
The claimant must provide a thirty-second recording of the allegedly infringing broadcast.
The recording must be uploaded in MKV format to catbox.moe, and the link must be included in the notice.

4.
The claimant must provide at least five publicly accessible websites, not including subdomains and not requiring login access, 
which clearly identify the claimant as the rights holder of the work.

5.
The claimant must provide full and accurate contact information, including:
(#) Full legal name
(#) Email address
(#) Active telephone number
(#) Mailing address

6.
The notice must originate from a company-controlled email address (e.g., user@company.com)
Notices sent from free providers such as Gmail, Outlook, AOL, Proton, or similar services will not be accepted.

7.
The notice must be transmitted in plain text only. HTML formatting, rich text, CSS, or embedded images will not be accepted.

8.
Personal/Attorney notices will not be proccessed, all notices must come from companies, or DMCA agents.

Any notice failing to meet all of the above conditions will be rejected, and the claimant will be notified of the invalid submission by email.
DMCA Claims sent to our ISPs will not be proccessed.
